Project Detail
Managing an annual report for one of Singapore’s largest statutory boards demands more than design competence — it demands discipline. With content drawn from 38 departments and a fixed ministerial submission deadline, there is little margin for ambiguity.
Leap took on full creative and production responsibilities for the NEA Annual and Sustainability Report 2016/2017 — overseeing art direction, photography, copywriting, infographics, and print coordination. A systematic content workflow was critical: content was gathered, written, structured, and designed concurrently across multiple teams without compromising accuracy or quality.
The 138-page report, themed Together for a Sustainable Future, was produced in accordance with the International Integrated Reporting Framework and Global Sustainability Reporting Standards. It set the foundation for a four-year engagement with the organisation, during which the publication would be progressively refined into a more integrated, purposeful report — from 138 pages down to 86.
